配送 / Shipping

ICHASUの『bit pix』シリーズやしろさめの複製原画など、特別配送料が設定されている作品については下記の限りではありません。
各ページの記載をご参照ください。

 

〇発送について
京都のスタジオ『ネコノデコ』にストックしている作品のうち、専用の箱や黄袋をご用意する必要がある作品は発送までに1〜2週間かかりますが、それ以外の作品は通常3営業日程度で発送しております。

一部の作品は作家の手元にあり、商品ページに注記を記載しております。
その場合はご注文をいただいてから作家がCAT'S FOREHEADのスタジオに発送し、私達が届いた作品のコンディションをチェックした後に梱包してお客様に発送するため、発送までに1〜2週間かかります。

作品がお手元に到着するまで楽しみにお待ちください。

〇Shipping
Works stocked in the Kyoto studio Nekono Deco that require a special box or yellow bag will take 1-2 weeks to be dispatched, but other works are usually dispatched in about 3 working days.

Some works are in the artist's possession and are noted on the product page.
In these cases, it takes 1-2 weeks for the artist to ship the order to CAT'S FOREHEAD's studio and for us to check the condition of the received artwork before packing and shipping it to you.

〇送料について
クロネコヤマトで発送します。
通常の商品は1回のご注文に付き、お届け先によって下記の送料（配送手数料含む）がかかります。
・北海道、九州、沖縄　1,650円
・上記以外　1,100円

ただしお買い上げ総額が33,000円（税込）以上で送料無料となります。

一部商品については、個別の配送料が設定されている場合がございます。
その場合は各商品に明記しております。

 

〇箱と黄袋
作品詳細欄に「【付属品】箱、黄袋」と記載されているものは、ご注文後に専用サイズの箱と黄袋を制作して作品と共にお届けします。

〇Box and Cloth Bag
For those with "【Accessories】Box, cloth bag" in the work's details, a special size box and yellow cloth bag will be made after the order is placed and delivered with the artwork.
