    Born and raised in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, the center of Mino ware, moved to Morocco in October 2017, but returned to Japan in 2020 at the request of the government due to the corona disaster.

    It seems that you can hear the story of living creatures living in a different world from the unique works that are clad in primitive simplicity and gorgeousness.

  • ICHASU "MOON" / イチャス『MOON』

    個展『MOON』のために制作した作品です。 月の満ち欠けをテーマにユニークな円形のキャンバスに描かれた16点の連作のうち、15点の作品を販売します。光が当たる部分には4色、影の部分は3色を使用し、その組み合わせで16の月が描かれており、それぞれ日本古来の月齢の呼び方が作品タイトルに冠されています。画面で観てもPOPで眩しい色が鮮やかに映りますが、実際にはスマートフォンやPCのモニターの表示色域をはるかに超えた彩度の高い蛍光色で描かれているため、小ぶりなサイズながら強い存在感を放つ作品です。連作として並べて鑑賞すると、満ちることと欠けることを淡々と繰り返す月の表情に「どちらも”そうあるもの”として受け入れよう」という東洋的な静かで強い意志を感じずにはいられません。表情が異なる作品を組み合わせて鑑賞することがお勧めのシリーズです。 『MOON』 2021年1月31日（水）〜3月10日（水）@三越伊勢丹オンラインストア 全ての作品に、様々な角度から鑑賞できる4K/60Pの動画をご用意しております。 ※動画をクリックしてた際にエラーが表示される場合はページをリフレッシュしてください ※本作品には蛍光色の画材が使用されていますが、ディスプレイの表示規格の色域外のため画面上では正確な色を表示することができません。特に赤〜オレンジ〜ピンク系の蛍光色については、実物の色はかなり彩度が高くなっております ※側面から照明が当たっていることで、画像では表面と側面の色が異なって見えますが同じ色の画材で塗られています
